Processing Times
All items are made, fulfilled, or packaged with care.
Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before your package ships.
During launches, sales, or holiday seasons, processing times may increase slightly.
If your order includes both apparel and charm jewelry, items may ship together or separately depending on what’s ready first.

We ship anywhere within the United States.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Charm & Chapter is not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your package is returned to us, we’re happy to reship it — additional postage may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed over to the carrier, it is out of our hands.
If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly to start a claim.
